What data we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you become a tipster, we also collect identity verification details through Stripe, and whatever profile information you choose to add — bio, avatar, sports you cover, and so on. We also keep a record of the picks, subscriptions, messages, and reviews you create while using TrueEdge, since they're the core of what the platform does.

How we use your data

We use your data to run the core features of TrueEdge: creating your account, processing subscriptions and payouts, calculating verified stats, showing you relevant tipsters, and letting you communicate with tipsters and other subscribers through community chat and direct messages. We don't sell your personal data to third parties.

Data sharing

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to operate TrueEdge:

• Stripe handles all payments, subscriptions, and tipster payouts, and performs identity verification for tipsters. TrueEdge never sees or stores your full card details.
• Supabase stores your account data, picks, messages, and other platform content securely.

Your rights

You can update your profile information at any time from your account settings. You can also delete your account entirely, which cancels any active subscriptions and removes your access — or request a copy of your data, by contacting us below.
